Her career spans project director, facility manager, and research manager roles at organizations across Virginia, Texas, and North Carolina, giving her a rare combination of operational depth and client-facing professionalism.

Holly has managed up to 15 concurrent research projects, led teams of recruiters and client service representatives, and supported clients across a wide range of industries. She brings that same level of rigor and reliability to every engagement, whether it’s a complex multi-phase research program or day-to-day business support for a growing small business.
